Achieving operational objectives such as the steady production of business through our sales pipeline
Experience in Financial Services sector preferred
Excellent Client Relations skills
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Ability to identify opportunities to improve performance of existing systems and processes
Requirements

3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company
Agency experience preferred but not essential
Experience with hiring Financial and/or Sales roles
Fluent in English (Also in Spanish preferred but not essential)
Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, across regions and teams
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (recruitment agency on the finance helpdesk preffered)
- Hands on experience with end to end recruiting
- Fully fluent in English, Spanish a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
